Island Colony, a condotel at Ala Wai Blvd and Seaside Ave in central Waikiki with community laundry and commercial spaces, sits in a vibrant location ideal for enjoying the area’s attractions. Island Colony allows for short-term vacation renting or may be place in the hotel pool if you are not interested in self-management.

Our studio has a cozy lanai, some furniture which may be included as part of the purchase. Sorry, the house rules does not allow pets.

Parking is managed by a parking company and available for rent for hourly, daily and monthly rates.

AOAO Island Colony has a bulk cable package that owners pay in the maintenance fee.
